His work sits where product leadership, operating design and technical architecture meet. He has led product across e-commerce fulfilment, messaging at population scale, retail distribution and regulated financial services, and he still writes the specification and reviews the build himself. Senior enough to set direction, close enough to delivery to know whether it will hold.
