Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NEXOVA Input Catcher, a product of THE NEXOVA (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

NEXOVA Input Catcher is an AI-powered invoice automation tool that helps Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Household Businesses (HKD) in Vietnam digitize and manage their input cost invoices. The service operates through a Telegram Bot interface and stores extracted data in Google Sheets.

2. Use of Google APIs

NEXOVA Input Catcher uses Google Sheets API and Google Drive API to provide its core functionality. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only request access to Google Sheets necessary for the service to function.
  • We only write/append data to the specific Google Sheets file designated by the user.
  • We do NOT read, modify, or delete any other files in your Google Drive.
  • We do NOT share your Google user data with third parties.
  • We do NOT use your Google user data for advertising purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices and documents you submit.
  • You must not use the service for any illegal purposes.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your activation code.
  • You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations.

4. Data Accuracy

While NEXOVA Input Catcher uses advanced AI OCR technology to extract data from invoices, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the extracted data. Users are advised to review the extracted data for accuracy before using it for official accounting or tax filing purposes.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE NEXOVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of NEXOVA Input Catcher, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from data inaccuracies.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the Telegram Bot or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
