3. Google API Services – User Data Policy

NEXOVA Input Catcher’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only access the Google Sheets and Google Drive scopes necessary for the service to function.
  • We do NOT use Google user data for serving advertisements.
  • We do NOT share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide and improve the service.
  • We do NOT allow humans to read Google user data unless with user consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Invoice images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
  • Extracted data is written directly to the user’s own Google Sheets file.
  • We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmissions.
  • Access to our systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
